  Are you requesting that wordpress.COM Staff adapt that theme so it will run on wordpress.COM software and be available here?

  Otherwise please be aware that you could be are confusing wordpress.COM hosted blogs and wordpress.ORG installs on paid hosting and thinking we can run wordpress.ORG themes on wordpress.COM sites, when that is not the case.

  You cannot upload any custom themes or third party themes or create your own theme here at wordpress.COM. You can do that only on wordpress.ORG installs on paid hosting.

  There is no FTP access to wordpress.COM hosted blogs like that site linked to your username and no upgrade changes that reality.

  The only themes we can use on WordPress.com hosted blogs are licensed and adapted to run on our multiuser software the themes are found here http://wordpress.com/themes/ and in your dashboard at > Appearance > Themes

  There is no upgrade you can buy here that changes that.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   For a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
