  Hi there

  I created a blog but I want to post blog posts under my various menu pages ; my friend said it depends on your theme. So which theme is best for this.

  Plus I want to make my menu tabs on the top and not the side

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No, your friend is wrong. You need to create a custom menu for do that:
