Theme Help

We currently are using the Transport WP Theme on our website. However, we had it built by a web design firm a few years ago and we no longer have contact with that company as they are no longer around. Does anyone know where I can find help with this Theme? I am trying to customize the widgets sidebars, footers, contact us page, etc. The theme comes with custom icons to use, however, I dont know where to find those icons to use with the widgets. Any help would be appreciated. Here are some screenshots of the live preview of the theme and what I am looking for. Thank you!

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
