  I bought the fortune theme expecting to get the layout that I viewed like I did with the free themes, but it didn’t load and now I’m out $200 and don’t know what to do.. help

  You can’t use third party themes on a free wordpress.com plan. To be able to do so, you must upgrade to the Business Plan.
  When you paid that lot of money for a theme, you also paid for support.
  Also we can’t help with third party themes as we don’t know hwo they build their theme.
