Theme Idea- 3 column with custom header?

  Hello. I would love a 3 column theme with custom header. I wish I knew how to make it myself, so I could submit it, however I am just learning about xml and css stuff. In the meantime is there one out there that I just don’t know about? Thanks

  Best bet would be to submit this via feedback. Take some time and go through http://themes.wordpress.net and find some that you like. Specific suggestions go over best.
