Theme image not available

  Hi,

  When I chose a theme with a banner like image going across, this image or functionality never appears in the Customize section.

  For example the ‘Professional Business by Automattic’ theme when in Customize does not feature that main image above the fold. Why is this?

  Any help would be much appreciated.
