    My name is Siddharth Pandey . I want to create website for professional use. Not create for business. why I am not able to upload theme. So please solve my problem.

    The WordPress.com Business plan is required to upload external themes really designed for the WordPress.org software. That is just the title given to what was until recently the top plan available. You don’t have to have a business to use the Business plan. Perhaps you could activate one of the other themes in the WordPress.com showcase instead?
