    Im unable to import my theme, i keep getting the initiate transfer error

    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Sorry to hear about the issue you are having uploading your theme. I would be happy to help you with this.

    Could you let us know what theme you are trying to upload and activate on your site? Is it a Themeforest theme, by chance?

    For themes purchased through Themeforest/ Envato, you must choose the Installable WordPress file only option when downloading the theme:

    If you continue having issues, could you please share the theme file you are trying to install? You can share this by using a file sharing service like Google Drive or Dropbox.
