Theme incorrectly purchases

  Hi,
  I just bought anemone theme, not noticing I was on wordpress.com (instead of .org).
  I would like to cancel the transaction.
  Also, I see the anemone theme does not appear to be available for download for a wordpress site hosted elsewhere?

  You can get a refund from WordPress.com (if you bought the theme less than 30 days ago) from “Manage purchases”. Then you need to head over to Design Orbital the developers of that theme where you can purchase the correct version for a WordPress.org installation.

  Hi Roger,

  I’ve checked your account and it shows we issued a full refund on 3rd September. There is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, so you can expect to receive the money around that time.
