  Hi, I have bought a theme and I cant work out how to insert it in my site. Can you help me?

  You can’t add your own theme if you have the Free Plan. You’ll need The Business plan. “With the WordPress.com Business plan, you can install a theme that comes from a third-party author at no extra cost.”
