theme instalation

  Hi, im bought some theme for wordpress ( Ralph Krause wordpress theme ).
  But i cannot add it. Is that possible in free subscription plan or only in business or premium one??

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Uploading a custom theme to your site is a feature of WordPress.com business plan. You’ll need to be on this plan to have this option available.

  Browse and activate the one that suits your site.
