How can I install a theme?

  Can you install the theme Fotofolio? I am migrating to the new domain (ricardobassoi.com) and wants to use this theme.

  Custom themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. It’s only a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org.

  I’ll make a note of your theme suggestion though. Our theme team also keeps track of ideas in the Themes forum. Thanks!
