  Hello!

  I need to change wordpress theme (install this https://themeforest.net/item/consulting-business-finance-wordpress-theme/14740561) and change domain name.

  How can I do this? What plan I need to use?

  Hi there,

  I’m sorry but external themes are not allowed on sites hosted on WordPress.COM

  However you can create a self hosted site using WordPress.org to use external themes.
