  I have purchased a WordPress theme through mojomarkeplace, and paid for someone of your staff to install it. But unfortunately it’s been more than 10 days I got no reply from you. And I have no access to the purchased theme.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What is your domain, or site URL? What is described here is not a service that is offered by WordPress.com.

  In order to install a custom theme with us you’re account would first need to be upgraded to the business plan. moroccoheritage is a free account.
