  Hi there, we have purchased a theme from Envato and was wondering if I could install it without additional fees. We already own a domain also and was hoping to use this domain for this new site, if that helps. Hoping for your quick response. Thank you.

  Hi there, only sites with the WordPress.com Business Plan are able to upload custom themes: https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/

  Other sites can select themes from the WordPress.com theme directory: https://wordpress.com/themes/

  If you let us know what kind of theme you’re looking for, we may be able to give some suggestions.

  Also, see here for transferring a domain to WordPress.com. This requires a paid plan as that comes with a domain credit: https://en.support.wordpress.com/incoming-domain-transfer/
