Greetings for the day! I am Fahim from the Astra team and would like to help you with your queries.
Could you please ask your hosting provider that they are not blocking access to websitedemos.net? It is the site where we put all of our Starter Templates. Once you get a confirmation from them that they are not blocking the access, please try to import the Starter Template again.
And also, it is worth trying to deactivate all of the installed plugins, except the Starter Templates plugin before you import a Starter Template, especially if you have a security plugin installed. Once you have done importing a Starter Templates, you can then reactivate all the plugins you have previously active.
If your PHP is not well configured, you’ll face this. Make sure your PHP config like this:
memory_limit = 512M
max_execution_time = 900
max_input_time = 900
post_max_size = 256M
upload_max_filesize = 720MIf you set your PHP config like this, you’ll never face any issue again. Also, If you have cPanel, you can easily change or contact your hosting provider. They will assist you.

As indicated in the other thread, we are not your hosting provider, and cannot help you with this.
You do not have any sites hosted on WordPress.com.
Using a third party theme like Astra on WordPress.com requires our Business Plan.
You can reply to the other thread if you have any more questions about this, but for help with the issues the theme developer referenced you’ll need to contact your hosting provider.
