I have set up a blog using wordpress.com however it is unable to use a theme template I have bought. How do I set up a website using wordpress.org with the template I have or I am not able to do this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Themes can’t be uploaded to blogs hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:

Ah thank you, so I have bought hosting, and have my own domain name and have downloaded wordpress.org how do I now set up a website?
