Theme installation – download exceed the max size

  Hi,
  I was trying to install my zip-downloaded theme but this error occurs: What can I do? I have no experience in programming by myself. I really need a detailed help. Thanks!
  Error: ‘Die hochgeladene Datei überschreitet die maximale Größe von upload_max_filesize, die in der Datei php.ini eingetragen ist.’
