  Hi, I am wanting to use the Workality wordpress theme, I have found on line. How do I go about installing it? I can not find the installer in the dashboard.

  I’m sorry, but themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org.

  You may use any of the available themes we have under Appearance > Themes in your dashboard, and you may want to look into purchasing the Custom Design Upgrade to customize one of the themes we offer.

  Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. Can I upgrade to wordpress.org, using the same domain name, I already have in wordpress.org?

  There are no restrictions if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities. We have hosting recommendations at the following link if you are interested. Once your hosting is set up you can change your domain’s nameservers and point it to your new hosting provider.
