  How do you install a theme in either WordPress.com or Worpress.org? I have my theme downloaded I am now trying to figure out how to upload it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can’t upload themes to WordPress.com blogs. The blogs that can be used on WordPress.com are all of the ones listed here: http://wordpress.com/themes/
