theme integration

  Hello Support team,

  My developer has created a theme in wordpress and also integrated woocommerce plugin and customized the design. I want to integrate the new created design and woocomeerce functionality in my wordpress website.
  I do not see the option in (https://dropthepencil.wordpress.com) admin section to edit the design using wordpress admin editor only able to create and update pages. I am using the free plan in wordpress. com. Please let me know how can I integrate the exact design which my developer created.
