Theme is Not Functioning Properly

  My new theme is not working properly. All my widgets seem to be flushed down the bottom of the page, there’s a few post and than the rest are large with no widget to the right. The page is suppose to be box width with the widgets to the right of the page in the main sidebar. It look horrible and not functioning properly. Never had this happen before. Please fix right away please.
