Theme is not loading

  Help! Our theme isn’t loading. I load “Matala” theme and instead of the shown theme, a remnant of what it once was appears. Just a hard green. Please help. Is this because we have tried to customize this theme before?

  http://thelunarcollective.wordpress.com/ is using Koi, not Matala. Are you talking about a different blog or did you switch theme?
