Theme Isn't Updating

  Hi everyone! I hope someone can help me. I’m trying to switch my site from the old free theme to a new free theme, Gateway. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to be working. The theme page SAYS I’m on Gateway, but the new theme doesn’t appear. Am I doing something wrong?
