THEME isn't working as I thought

theme isnt working, the title goes across and the background image and text can’t be formatted as shown in the preview of the actual theme: writer.

You are using a premium theme so you have access to support specifically for that theme. Most of us volunteers do not have access to experiment with and try out premium themes so we cannot help with specific problems you encounter:

The owners are Obox Themes, do you have contact information for them so they can take a look? I can’t find anything.

Just create a thread in http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/premium-themes/ and the theme designer will find it. It’s part of their contract that they provide support. I’ve found the theme designers quite helpful in that forum.
