Theme issue.

I can’t install ‘Lovebirds’ theme to my website. Whenever I tried to install it, it’s keep saying ‘Sorry, the customizing tools did not load correctly. Try again.’ So what should have I done about that?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That is a retired theme that is not available for sites that have not used it before. The recommendation is to switch themes because themes are retired when they no longer support all wordpress.COM features.
Each theme is uniquely designed. The detailed theme description page with setup instructions for the example I will use is here https://wordpress.com/themes/twentysixteen/ and the live demo site is here https://twentysixteendemo.wordpress.com/
re: switching themes
Themes are just “skins” on WordPress.COM hosted blogs. You can quickly and easily change themes on any WordPress.COM hosted blog to another one found here http://wordpress.com/themes/ and no data will be lost or negatively affected by the change. The only time you may have to do a lot of work is if you are changing to a dramatically different theme with different features and/or if you have done any CSS editing.
Provided you are logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the blog go to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes, Browse themes until you find one you like and click the “activate” or the “preview” link, or type in the name of the theme you want to use when it appears.
The theme customizer https://en.support.wordpress.com/customizer/ provides a preview function for exactly that purpose ie. so you can view what a theme will appear like prior to changing one.

I get it but I can use the same theme for another website of mine, you can see it here: https://genuinelyselin.wordpress.com
The thing I didn’t get what is the difference between both site?

Retired themes cannot be used on any sites they were not used on prior to their retirement. Is that clear now?
-
Well, I appreciate your time to give an answer to explain yet I am not sure if it’s clear that I hadn’t used this ”retired” theme on any of my sites before. In addition to this fact, the issue that I can’t understand is I can use it on my site that I just set it on today, but I can’t set it on another one. Is it not possible to use the same theme twice on two of the sites at the same time or is it just an error of the theme? Because it would be nothing but a failure if I can use it on a site that i set just today whereas can’t on another one on the same account that I’m trying to now.

Maybe I am wrong and the theme has not been retired. Let’s ask Themes Staff to assist you with sorting this out. I typed modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for Staff help. How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question? https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question Please subscribe to this thread so you are notified when they respond and be patient while waiting. No, you’re right, TT. Lovebirds is a retired theme:

Lovebirds is retired. It should not be available. If it is available, then that is a glitch that needs to be fixed. It will not be available for your other site, I’m afraid.
