Theme issues

    I purchase the theme Swell for 75 only because of its banner and the banner appears black/blank I have no idea on how to fix this but am highly disappointed in the lost of this feature since it was my main reason of purchase. Please if you can assist or advise me on steps moving forward. Thank you
