Theme issues

  Hi there,

  I´ve just started my blog today and I am having some difficulties. I have chosed the theme BUENO and it is not letting me delete or modify what is currently showing in the side bar. They are not widgets I have chosen myself and I don´t want them there. Please advise as to how to go about this. Also, I don´t want the category to show under the posts I write, how can I also delete this?
