    Is it a theme you bougth from wordpress.com or did you buy it elsewhere? If it’s the latter, you must contact the vendor of that theme.

    Themes bought over here don’t have a license key; they are connected to your site in our system – https://wordpress.com/support/themes/premium-themes/

    As @staartmees mentioned, you’ll want to contact the theme developer if the theme was purchased somewhere other than WordPress.com. If that’s the case, you can use the theme here at WordPress.com with a Business Plan.
