Theme malfunction

  My current theme ‘Mysterious’ that has been working for multiple years, recently the home page is not functioning fully, how can I correct this?

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.

  Please contact support for the theme you’re using directly for help with this.

  For general help with the version of WordPress you’re using, you can ask the WordPress.org community over at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  Well we have contacted support, but we also need a bit of expediency as it is our business page.

  By the way is this not the “forum” you speak of to ask a question?

  Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
