  Hi, I recently took over from a developer that has since left the company. My problem is as follows. Our site:
  http://www.hullabaloo.co.za
  works find if you access menus directly from the homepage, ie:
  http://www.hullabaloo.co.za > brands > hoka one one

  However, if you were to access that page directly from google
  http://www.hullabaloo.co.za/hokaoneone

  it doesn’t work.

  Any ideas how to fix?

  Hi @framing1,

  Your website doesn’t seem to be hosted by WordPress.com, instead it is using the WordPress.org software on your own server (self-hosted). This forum is for providing support only for websites hosted on WordPress.com

  There are two versions of WordPress – WordPress.com and WordPress.org. You can find more information about the differences between them here.

  I would suggest that you look at the support page of WordPress.org and their forum – https://wordpress.org/support/. If you don’t have an account there you can create one for free here.
