Theme not available error for Solarone

    I upgraded to a business plan just so I could get the Solarone Theme but now when I click ‘Activate this design’ an error pops up saying this theme is not available for my site. Day 1 on wordpress and I am feeling frustrated ):

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hey there @melanie36a3a0cbf3 , I’m sorry your first experience here wasn’t smoother! I can see that’s your active theme now, though. Were you able to sort this out? If you’re up to sharing more about what happened, we’d love to get that ironed out so others won’t run into the same issue.
