    I sent a request to cancel my premium theme, received the email notice to confirm Clicked on the link on the email, then received a notice stating “theme not cancelled contact support” please assist.

    After looking into your account, I found that the Premium Theme: Basic Maths was canceled and refunded. Please note that it may take up to a week for the refund to show up in your bank account.
