Theme not compatible with current version of wordpress

    Our website no longer looks the way it used to be and appears “broken”.

    I have contacted Bluehost (the creator of our domain) and they told me that the reason our website looks “broken” is because the “SLUPY” WordPress Theme by ThemeSama (@theme_sama) is not compatible with the latest version of WordPress. 

    Bluehost advised me that in order to correct and make our website appear normal again, WordPress needs to update the “SLUPY” WordPress Theme by ThemeSama (@theme_sama) so that is again, compatible with our website.

    Could you please advise us how to update the “SLUPY” WordPress Theme by ThemeSama (@theme_sama) and guide us on any necessary changes or steps we need to make on WordPress so that our website can appear normal again?!

    We can’t help with third party plugins nor can we help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. Normally you must contact the vendor/developer of that theme. However it seems that his website is no longer online . Best solution is to find another theme.

    @staartmees Is correct that we can’t offer assistance for sites not hosted here on WordPress.com.

    It sounds like you got some good advice from Bluehost. I’d add that sometimes it’s easier to choose a new theme if the old theme is no longer being updated.
