  What is the name of the theme and where have you obtained this from?

  Something that is quite common with themes obtained via themeforest is that you would need to acquire the installable WordPress file as seen here: https://www.envato.com/blog/install-themeforest-wordpress-theme/ – rather than the full theme package.
