theme not loading

  When I click dashboard in wordpress – visit site the old hello world theme comes up. But when I click customize my site in wordpress, the new theme that I want to show as my homepage comes up, how do I fix this.

  Update, when I use firefox it loads correctly, when I use chrome it does not load…

  What is the Real URL you need help with?
