Theme not loading

    I am trying to install a divi theme into my wordpress and it keeps saying that it has failed. This was a active site that crashed. Not sure what to do.

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hey there, can you contact the theme’s support directly? You might also check in with your host to see if they can help with the error.
