Theme Not Populating

Hello. I am building a site for a client using the Grace Them BeautiPlus. I upgraded to BeautiPlus Pro but when I activated the theme none of my work from the previous theme loaded. I attempted to build the page from scratch on the Pro theme but it does not acknowledge it is being edited. I have even deleted and re-uploaded the theme with no success. I have used this theme previously with great success. (My clients Godaddy account was completely wiped by the company and I am working to rebuild the site as it was before the incident.)
I contacted the Grace Theme support. They told me to give them my clients personal login information and they would fill in the page themselves. Though I received permission from my client, I do not professionally feel comfortable giving a third party their private godaddy/wordpress information.
How can I get the BeautiPlus Pro theme to work?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It looks like your client is using a self-hosted WordPress.org setup. Note the difference: WordPress.com and WordPress.org
