Theme not showing on mobile devices

    I bought a Genesis theme through StudioPress and it works fine on PC and tablet but not on mobile devices.

    Somebody suggested that I make a child theme but that was the whole purpose of buys Genesis, it comes with child theme. Right? Maybe I am wrong.

    I have also tried clearing my browser cache but that did not work either.

    I also contacted HostGator but they were not helpful.
