Theme not showing up on mobile site how to fix it

All my content is correct, but the theme looks like a standard WordPress theme, as opposed to the one I’m supposed to have on my site (Genesis Child News pro Theme). When I check my settings, plugins, everything appears correct.
I have no idea how long it’s been like this, since I haven’t checked my site from my phone in a while, but has this ever happened to anyone else? And how do I fix it!
