Theme not shown in purchase history

I set my wordpress website up with Bluehost, I am in the process of moving to SiteGround. As I used to access my wordpress account through the bluehost account I appear to have lost everything, however I backed it up on MS OneNote (guess I never fully trusted Bluehost). I know I purchased a theme pet pro back in Jan 2020 how can I access this? Here is a website using the same theme in case I remember the name incorrectly http://thepetnannyservice.com/

This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
