Theme not yet available for this site error message

  I am having a similar issue described at the following link: https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/theme-not-available-for-site/

  When I try to apply the ComicPress theme, it says ‘Theme not available for site’

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  This has fixed itself- after I waited a few hours after activating (15 minutes after making the post)
