Theme on phone displays a modified version instead of full site automatically.

I’m currently using the scratchpad theme on my site, except it loads a different (more simplistic) version of my website that does not follow the theme when on a phone. You need to scroll all the way down and push “view full site” in order to load the correct theme.
How do you change this so that it loads the theme automatically?

To disable the mobile theme on your site go Appearance > Mobile in your WP-Admin dashboard and select No for the Enable mobile theme option. Here’s a direct link to that page:
