theme-option two-columns text

  Hi,
  I want to start a page on wordpress.com, and I need a wide theme with two columns of text as a theme option (the text editor doesn’t include any basic 2-column write option).
  I’ve seen that there are a lot of themes tagged 2-column, but it seems to refer to the columns as layout areas (main and sidebar) and not as text-columns as I need.

  So I hope anyone knows any themes like this, and maybe one day wordpress will also implement a new cattegory of themes (2-columns of text) or a native feature in the text editor.

  I know there are some methods to manually introduce two columns of text in the layout (example), but I want to transfer the blog to another user, who’s not so technical and needs a simple sollution.

  It seems that regular users don’t know this issue, so I tried to get mod attention.

  As a clarification, a wide enough theme would be at least 800 pixels with a font size similar to the one on this forum.

  There are no such themes. You can use DePoMasthead, which has three columns, though.

  As far as I see that theme still has three columns as a layout option and not a 3-column text in a single post/page.

  Then, maybe a 2-column writing option in the text editor would be a good solution.
  Guess I’ll make a feature proposal in an appropriate forum section.
