Theme Options button missing for Eventbrite Multi-Event theme

  I am using the Eventbrite Multi-Event theme and following the instructions here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/eventbrite-multi-event-theme/

  I am trying to assign templates to my pages, but there is NO Themes Options button.
