Theme options menu not here

    Hi,

    I am sorry to bother you for something that might be evident. I basically cannot see the Theme Options menu under Appearance (when I edit it). It is probably something really stupid but please let me know how I can make it appear, so that I can edit my front page from there (I’m following a video’s instructions that is why I am in a pickle).

    I, also, cannot access Theme Options under Appearance. Where is it?
