  all of a sudden the words RECENT WORK: are in my homepage. not sure how they got there. How could I delete this ? THank you
  I’m on the mixfolio theme.

  That’s the Secondary Menu—which is shown on the home page underneath the Welcome Area—will only be displayed if it has been manually configured and saved at https://mvfoodguy.wordpress.com/wp-admin/nav-menus.php?menu=191652430
