Theme Options not working

Hello,
Under the Appearance menu item, the Theme Option section does not function anymore. I can open the menu, but when I attempt to select any of the options (Home Setting, Style Options etc), then do not show anything. It’s a Kingsize WordPress Theme 6.0 – latest version.
This area functioned fine until recently. I checked my plug in … did not find any conflicts.
Wordpress is version 5.5.3
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Mark,
As we don’t make the theme you’re using, we have no control over how it works, and aren’t able to help with this from our end. The only suggestion I can make is to try disabling all plugins you have installed on the site to see if that fixes the issue. If it does, re-enable your plugins one at a time until the Theme Options stop working again – the last plugin you enabled before it broke is likely what is causing the issue.

Thanks for the response Kokkeih … much appreciated. I did suspect that this was the answer … but I needed to start here anyway. The real struggle for me is that I don’t have access to back up … so disabling plug ins … and restarting them might be interesting!
