Theme options – Social Icons

  Hello! Just a quick question – is it possible in the menu Appearance > Theme options and then on the Social Icons section to make a window for Tumblr urls to pop up on the header!? It’s important to me, thanks! (I am with theme Mystique by digitalnature)
