“Theme Options” What is this?

  I’m completely new to this and do not understand CSS etc at all so if it has something to do with that, don’t go into detail haha! I was just wondering exactly what “Theme Options” means. I’ve just noticed that it’s listed under some of the themes and can’t seem to find what it does! Sorry if this has been asked or it’s somewhere obvious lol but I haven’t been able to find it! :)

  Some themes have additional “optional” features but most don’t. The theme you have chosen Solopsis does NOT have optional features.
